We are a team of seasoned loan officers and realtors who have teamed up to assist 1st time home buyers in purchasing their first home. There are been a lot of changes in the mortgage and real estate industry in the last 3 years.  We are sure you have heard.  Credit markets  have deteriated, large and small banks of filed for bankruptcy and 100's  of thousands of loan officers and realtors have been layed off or just decided to leave the industry.

Many on our team have been in in the real estate or mortgage business for over 20 years. Others have over 10 years of full time experience.  You can be assured that we know what were taking about since we have been thru many real estate and mortgage lending economic cycles over the years. 

We are happy to see the part timers leave the industry.
